Excelente proceso, todo muy fácil y rápido. La reclutados fue rapidísima en contactarme y agendar entrevista con los managers. Los managers fueron muy accesibles y respondieron todas mis preguntas. Me encantó el proceso con ICON y estoy muy feliz de mi decisión en unirme.

Interview
I was referred by my friend and the process was smooth because the recruiter avoided standard recruitment questions but asked me about my professional experience instead. When one opening was closed or I wasn’t chosen, the recruiter was trying to find another job position for me.
Panel Interview with 4-5 managers. Typical interview questions. Must have clinical research knowledge. There are 2 rounds of interviews with an online assessment that you get 3 days to complete.
