Interview
The first interview was with the recruiter who sent my CV to companies. Next got a zoom call with the interviewer. He described the company and went through a list of questions.
phone interview with recruiter and then a ~30 minute video interview with someone from Icon. very standard interview where they just wanted to know about your previous experience and career goals going forward. there were a few situational based standard interview questions

Pretty easy. How do you deal with stress ,how do you organize, etc. it is technically entry level so there weren’t any assignments or anything like that. Just quick conversations with who your functional manager would be.
