Interview
First, there is an online screening. About 5 questions you have to answer on video and then a few written questions. Once you make it passed that, they set up a virtual interview with 1 or 2 managers. Interview is about 45minutes. They ask the standard interview questions. Not intimidating at all. I actually found out I was hired less than 24 hours later. Some wait about a week or 2 to find out.

It was a 2 weeks long selection process. I applied on LinkedIn on a Monday and got a reply on Thursday. Invited for a virtual interview. Got back to me within a week with an offer.

3 interviews; 1st one is screening, 2nd with the line manager and 3rd with HR. It was a long, tedious process. Was asked normal interview questions, mostly behavioural questions. Like “how do you handle pressure at work?”
