I applied online, then a recruiter gave me a call a few days later and an interview was set up the next day, which was quite efficient. However, the HR was around 20 minutes late for the interview and before the interview finished the HR was offline due to some technical issues (she mentioned in the email after she hopped off). I understand that it's maybe accidental, however, it still appeared to be very unprofessional and not well organized. Then I lost interest in moving forward with the role in this company.
