I was asked to describe my experience and how it was applicable to the role I was applying for. Majority of the rest of the interview(s) was conversational- learning what my colleagues did on a day to day basis
Incompetent HR person but good planning and communication. One interview with a presentation on a pre-specified topic. Long interview process, with many questions and opportunity to ask question. Incorrect information about job presented by HR person, corrected at interview. Friendly interviewing process.
