Interview
In the first part you were to record your answers via hirevue. Prepare yourself to send recording within day of receiving invitation. Questions were regarding motivation and experience in administrative tasks. Second part was hour long face to face interview. Recruiters were very friendly, and questions were pretty basic but I did not receive any sort of feedback.

Explain a how did you handled recent disagreement with your coworkers.
I have gone through the first round of interviewing with ICON for the CTA role and it was 5 timed questions basically getting a feeling for if I would be appropriate for this role at all. There is not a lot of time to think but the questions are very standard.
Apliqué mediante Workday y 2 meses después me contactaron para una entrevista mediante HireVue con una duración aproximada de 25 min, te muestran la pregunta y 30 segundos después respondes, dan como 3 min por pregunta
Primero es una llamada, luego ya te agendan entrevista con el manager. La entrevista es en español e inglés, presencial. Fue muy ameno todo, me sentí bien y cómoda. Recomiendo practicar las preguntas basicas en ingles para ir bien preparado.
