I scheduled several phone screenings for a particular day; ICS was the last one to be scheduled and was set to be the first call on the agenda. They told me their call would take up to 20 mins, but I allotted 30 mins on the agenda just in case. When the call came, however, it was 25 mins late, and since I'd already scheduled other calls--the next of which was to begin in 5 mins--I was forced to reschedule the ICS call for another day. I made sure not to schedule any additional calls for that day and was ready and waiting at the appointed time, but ICS never bothered to call. Very unprofessional.
