It was a competency based interview quite difficult and some questions asked did not relate to the role I applied for.
Very friendly panel, really lovely people to probably work with, interesting role, just not for me.

If for example you were approached by a different department lets say sales and advised that sales aren't doing too well in an area such as maybe South Africa...what advise would you give to the sales team.

Interview
It was 1 round of face to face interview. It went very well. I got the job. The panel members were very kind and engaging and made me feel comfortable.
