I interviewed at IDEMIA (Łódź, Lódz)

      Interview

The HR interview was relatively brief and straightforward, primarily focused on discussing my background, motivations, and availability. It served more as an initial screening step rather than an in-depth assessment. This was followed by a one-hour interview with the hiring manager, which included some technical questions. The level of difficulty was moderate and overall manageable. The conversation also covered the team structure, role expectations, and current projects. Approximately two weeks after completing the interviews, I received an offer.
