Interview
Started with a phone interview with HR. Followed up with an interview with Hiring manager. This was followed up by 6, 2 person panel interviews. Everyone was very nice and tried to make you feel comfortable.

Behavioral questions. Describe a time when you had to deal with someone that disagrees with you. How do you build trust with someone you are managing. Describe a time that you had to convince someone that didnt agree with you. Describe what you would do if you had bad data. How did you promote collaboration across different areas.Describe a time you made a bad decision and what did you learn.
