The interview began with a brief introduction and discussion about my background. I was asked two behavioral questions focusing on teamwork and problem-solving. The IDP consultant assessed communication skills and cultural fit. Overall, it was conversational, structured, and focused on understanding my experiences, adaptability, and alignment with the role.
