Personally, this was one of the most awkward and unfriendly interview conversations I’ve had. The interview covered the role at a very high level, with limited detail on how the position would function day to day. Key information around expectations, priorities, and evaluation criteria was not addressed. The discussion stayed general rather than focusing on real examples or outcomes. The feedback provided was brief and offered little additional context. Taken together, the experience gave little indication of how advanced or active the hiring process was.
