Interview
You meet with the majority of the team (7 people) that you would be on. Each person has a different angle and line of questioning. It is a very thorough process but rewarding when you join the team.
Spoke with 10 different people over three weeks, denied with no negative feedback throughout the process. Seems like a good company with nice people, just unsure about lack of transparency.

Interview
Had three rounds of interviews before being invited for an onsite interview. Interview questions were specifically tailored to my experience and why IEQ over other IARs. It seemed that their priority was finding out if you were a good fit culturally as they are more family run and tight knit.
