IFF Customer Support Representative interview questions

In the interview I was asked questions that only people in the company could know. The interviewer constantly told me I am giving wrong answers -jest because they did not match with her opinions. I was downgraded trough the whole interview -and in the task that they gave me in the end-write a reply to the customer, they have not read the task themselves.
