All the interviews were fine but the recruitment process was very unnecessarily lengthy and unprofessional. If I didn't ask, they didn't update me at all although they promised. And there seemed to be a lack of consistency among the departments that I was told to get an offer with a six-month contract on one day, the offer was changed to two-month on another day, and I didn't get any offer at all in the end. Please respect all the candidates who invest time and efforts in the application and the interviews, and please make sure that everything is official before promising anything to candidates. I have never had such a bad recruitment experience in my entire career.
