Easy experience. Straight forward with lots of consistent updates. It’s clear and every step is made easy for the applicant. Seems like a good working culture for WFH and it’s made straight forward but no face to face interaction.

Interview
Multiple choice questions, online video interview, 5 questions, one of them was to copy what someone is saying and write it down, others are multiple choice etc. Also, you have to record yourself answering questions, you can re try once and that's it.

The first step was a video interview where you answer a few questions about yourself, and then you start training. during training you would have to pass a mock call for you to get the full job.
