After the application, technical interview and general interview have been established one by one. All process took 4 months almost, including reference check and onboarding. Different departments were involved regarding the internal management structures.

Clear structure and process to assess capacity and skill set. It is important to have strong communication skills (writtent and oral) and languages. Very difficult process so preparation is highly encouraged and recommended.
