just an information session with a few people then 1 on 1 interviews, after the interviews you do a quiz then continue with meeting with people higher up and start the application process and licensing process

Interview
It was a long process, but very well worth it. They are good conversations to have regardless of the outcome. Everyone was very supportive and nice throughout the whole process.

Interview
I got the interview invitation from the staffing agency. After around 3 days, I was asked to go to their office and have an interview with their consultant. I think I may skip the first round interview which is a presentation from their staff to introduce their company.

Interview
The interviewer tells you that he does not want to waste his time if you are not able to have a network of 200 people in a month. He tries to discourage you and wants to see whether you give up or keep continue. The first interview is mostly based on what they do and how they make money. He explains that you won't be able to make money in the first couple month. So, if you are not discouraged at the end of the interview you have a chance.
