IGB CORPORATION interview questions

The interview process went smoothly overall, starting with a series of typical interview questions. These included questions like, "Tell me about yourself," "Why do you want to work here?" and "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" The interviewer also asked about past experiences to assess how well the candidate would fit within the role.

Overall interview was okay , hiring manager is nice and the interview going so well. The part that i don't like is the process after, HR is making the entire process quite frustrating; I've never received a call back after following up, and it took days to hear that management hasn't made a decision. Sent an email asking for application update but they never reply. Good company , management make it teribble.
