The HR girl, Fiona, sits you in a private room with a questionnaire, where there are a series of some basic questions (like your name and contact info), and other not so basic (like your salary expectation right off the bat, or "why do you think you're right for the job?"). Eventually, the Marketing Director steps in, takes the questionnaire and tells you about the job and tries to measure up what you'd be willing to do in the role. If you pass this instance, then they will send you a "task" to do as a second interview, which consists of some research. If you pass this second instance, then you get called back for another interview, this time with the CEO.
