3 Step process, easy, be confident and authentic. The process is pretty standard like any other bpo. Starts with HR, pretty standard question. Communicate clearly and calmly. Don’t exaggerate anything, just be professional.
Introduction interview with HR and then manager interview. He asks the simple question like tell me about your self. Checking your English fluency. Random topics like what is your favourite movie? And why? Tell me your daily routine.

I was quite smooth though time taking. I might take 3-4 days to get your offer letter. Joining can vary according to the process. The training period is paid. The hiring floor is well maintained.
