I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IHOP (Holland, OH)
Interview
Pretty easy I just went in at all the right times. Got the application and asked when the hiring manager was going to be in, waited to turn it in when she was there. That was today and when i turned it in she looked over it and asked me if i had a car, had the uniform pants and shoes, and why i was quitting my current job. Then asked me how many hours i wanted and to start tomorrow! So I say make sure you give your application to the hiring manager personally, look nice and you should get the interview/job!
