Interview
The interview process was relatively easy. The environment was comfortable, and it was held in a connecting room of the restaurant. The hiring process is very quick and there is a good training process in place, orientation, etc...
Easy, no stress, met with manager during slow period. Talked about what I was interested in, role, expectations, etc. Also talked about typical day, flow of kitchen/galley, and how team works together. Discussed slow and peak times.

What skills do you have that will help you in this job.
It was a very easy process and the team member was very kind and I found the interview to be smooth and a very great experience. This was one of the most enjoyable interview process I have ever experienced compared to many other places I've been to.
