3 weeks later - invited for interview in Coulsdon.
Two panel member interview - very relaxed environment on the verge of being in a cafe type relaxed mood.
I was told there would be a multiple choice test, which was all good. Towards the end of the 30 min interview, I was given a test on the internet. Easy test for me - as I've been working as a contributor for about 10 months with IHS Markit.
Advice: watch out for the leading questions. The problem with the Jane's department is that many analysts move on and they're finding it difficult to retain staff - many go on to do better things. That's what I was told by a director! Great introduction to the interview and office visit all within 10 minutes.
