Interview in a private room with 2 separate managers. The 2 managers as a team decided whether or not to hire you. This is not done with the general manager. The interview was brief and thorough. I found out that day that I was hired. I started training the following week. A Tuxedo jacket is required but provided.

Called and was told to interview between 2-4 mon-thurs. Walked in and filled out application. Saw manager that day. Went over my restaurant experience. Moved to second interview and was essentially hired by GM.

They were opening fine dining concept I went to trailer filled out app. I answered questions about food and wine knowledge and was asked to come back next day to talk to front of house manager. He confirmed the info I gave the day before and I was hired.
