The first interview, which lasted around 30 minutes, was kind of awkward. One of the girls who interviewed me was not paying attention to what I was telling her and did not care to even follow up or interact with me since the beginning of the interview.

Toutes les étapes du recrutement était en présentiel et chaque fois le temps prévu pour échange a été dépassé ajoutant à peu prés une heure supplémentaire. Ensuite, après avoir passées toutes les étapes avec un feedback très positif j'ai eu un retour ni positif ni négatif qu'ils ont besoin de voir autres candidats pour avoir un choix et pour le moment ils ont personne. Tout ça pour un retour négatif après deux semaines du silence. Manque du respect pour le candidat et son temps.

3rd round - fit for the role, knowledge of portfolio companies and industry
