I had two interviews. The first, I had to prepare a swot analysis for, and the second was more of a standard interview. They seemed to like that I focused on small details within the department rather just the wider IKEA image.

First simple 2paper of test about 15mins,and then 2 managers ,talk with you interview. Not any stress,just answer your work experience and how to help the retail to grow up...about 1 hour.
There were three interviews, one with human resources, one with future manager, and one with manager's manager. Regular kind of interview questions. I would recommend looking up the Ikea values they love that
3 long interviews. Values based. Do your research on the company. Customer focused profit and cost driven. Keen to fast track. Many training programmes, show a keenness to progress. Team work. Research sweedishness.
