Applied online, about 2-3 weeks later HR rings on a saturday and gives me a 10-15 minutes phone interview, after that she invited me for an in person interview. The in person interview took about 15-20 minutes, and was conducted by the manager. Then the day after they gave me another interview (AKA grandparent interview) .

Not stressful.
Response is quick.
Interviewers are polite and ask pertinent questions, that are relevant to the task.
If you show evidence of knowledge in the field, you'll most likely be up for a role with the organization.
