Two interviews: one with HR to check if your values align with theirs, and a second one with the hiring manager. Both included typical interview questions, but the one with the hiring manager asked more questions on how you are at work and whether you fit the criteria of what they're looking for.

the interview was straightforward and postive, I got to know about the job from linked in than where I applied online then I received a confirmation followed by email from the Human Resource department informing me that I can join a job fair and I have to bring my resumee and peice of ID, the first interview was with HR staff was structured interview asking about my working history and why did i chose IKEa then I moved to the second interview with a suoervisor whoasked me about my previous work experience and if I can drive a fork lift also how do I expect to have by working with IKEA.

My interview process was very relaxed and informative. All of my questions were answered before I had time to ask them. The people were very relatable and courteous. The online document part was a bit daunting but everything else was smooth sailing.

It was a great experience. The gentleman that interview me was very respectful, transparent, and patient. After a few reschedules by both my end and the company, he made sure that i didn't have to come again for a 4th time. He made this a very easy and pleasant experience
