This was by far the worst recruitment process I have ever experienced. I had five interviews with different people within the company. Every schedule I had been given by HR dif not comply. IKEA needed six months for the process, interviewed also my references for more than 2 hours, between my interviews were more than four weeks and in the very end I never got a decent explanation but several automatically generated emails long after I was rejected in the first place.
