Video interview with 2 questions to answer ,then interview over the phone with more questions. e.g. what skills can you bring , why do you want to work for IKEA
Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
