interview with the manager with some basic tech - questions and a short test - 30 minutes

Question 1
multiple related to my values, some related to console commands, basic Windows triubleshooting
Fast and straightforward. It seems like they are having issues competing when it comes to compensation as they have lost out on a few candidates. There doesn't appear to be much room for growth with this role.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IKEA in May 2020
Interview
Group interview and one to one interviews. Group interviews with up to 10 people in the same group. Process was fast. After group interviews there was one to ones. After some days I was contacted through phone.
