I applied through IKEA’s portal.
I had the first interview with an HR recruiter, who told me they would have come back to me with an update on the next steps the following week.
The following week, after not hearing back, I wrote an email to the recruiter, who replied that it would have taken one or two weeks more for them to let me know about the next steps.
I followed up after 3 weeks of radio silence, and I never got a reply to my last email.
The job position on IKEA’s portal is not reachable anymore.
A headhunter contacted me with job details. A few days later, I received an interview invitation from a manager at Ikea. During the video call, two managers asked questions about my past experiences.
