Interviewed online. The process took like 30 minutes. The manager was kind and well informed of our background so she asked something that wasnt written in the resume. Asked when can I get the result, she said around one week. Now its been three weeks and no news. At least if you want to reject the candidate, please give us heads up.

Question 1
Interviewer gave two scenarios on issue from customers. We need to answer by how we can handle the issue/ticket.
Good smooth quick no nonsense and can expect to hear back from them relatively quickly without chasing many times so highly recommend employer if you are into the 1st job
El recruiter se presenta, y luego te pide que te presentes tú. Realiza un test de gramática en español y uno en inglés que es opcional. Despues revisa tu currículum y pregunta sobre todos los puntos. Te da información sobre el puesto.
