Plenty of 'tell me about a time when' behavioral questions which in my opinion are unpleasant. Inexperienced interviewer. I applied for the same position I had before at the same store I worked at for 2 years. Strange

Describe a time when you had to interact with a difficult customer. What was the situation, and how did you handle it?
Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
