I had a phone call with HR at first, then a video meeting with HR, and then an online meeting with the project owner and colleagues. But they didn't say there would be three people interviewing me at the same time in advance.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IKEA (Malmö, Skåne)
Interview
4 interviews. Initial HR, case interview with hiring manager, interview with the manager’s manager, and lastly they asked me to do a final personality test and followed that up with a feedback interview. Everyone involved was very nice and respectful throughout the interviewing process.
