Interview
I had 3 stages:
1. A phone interview
2. A group interview
3. Work trial and one to one interview.
The phone interview was quite brief, the just asked me to go through my CV with them.
Groups interview had 3 stages. First stage was to get to know the person next to you and introduce them to the group. second stage was a group activity. Third stage you are given a product and you have to explain what it is and what else it could be used for.
Finally the work trial and individual interview. You shadow a worker for about an hour then you get called in for your interview.

Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
