Sono stata contattata telefonicamente ed in seguito ho ricevuto un test che richiedeva di fare dei piccoli progetti, rispondere a domande sul futuro e sulla propria personalità, alcune richiedevano dei moadboard, successivamente sono stata ricontattata per un colloquio di gruppo con giochi psicologici atti a comprendere capacità di problem solving e lavoro di gruppo. Ultimo step colloquio individuale con il capo del reparto e delle risorse umane.
Had to do an entire day of interview in person, with three assignments (one at home before the interview, one group, and one individual). They offered to give feedback after they rejected me. I didn't get one when I asked for it.
