takes about a month the process is easy and they ask you questions about togetherness as a team questions about how you handle certain situations on the job mainly about all the Ikea core values

Hands down the most informative and beneficial interview of my professional career. Ryan (interviewer) was very friendly and the tone of the interview was conversational and very educational in nature.
