I went through three interviews. The first was with the Goods Flow Manager. This one was not too difficult. We got a long really well I was super positive and excited for the role. The next was with the In-Store Logistics manager. This one was a bit more difficult and this person dove deep into real situations and how I would personally handle them. The last was with the HR manager and Store manager. These two just wanted to make sure I wasn't a scum bag. They wanted to make sure I really wanted this role. The interview dives deep into your values and how you would handle key situation that do happen at IKEA. It's all about being positive.
