Interview
For freshers there are 5 rounds. First round screening, second round is the typing test, third round is an aptitude test, fourth round will be voice and accent round for AR caller, and the last round is operational round which is fifth round.
The interview process includes a simple assessment testing pharmacy knowledge, followed by a professional discussion to evaluate skills, experience, and fit for the role, ensuring a good candidate match, and assessing passion for the industry and company culture alignment.

You hear a conversation between physican & patient & have to summarise it appropriately
