Interview
I sent in my resume and a cover letter. Then I did the online application which involved 3 sets of tests, comprehensive reading, numerics and a pattern questions. They were very short with about 8 questions each. Also did a personality test where they asked me to choose between certain characteristics or to rate them according to a scale.

They asked standard personality questions, questions about trends in graphs, questions about next object in a series and comprehensive reading questions
first brain teasers online assesment. Then first round interview by hirevue where both behavioral and technical. Then interview both technical and behavioral and finally super day which has trading, behavioral and quant.

given two random variables uniformly selected on 0,1 what is probability first one scared is bigger than second one.
Everybody was extremely friendly, HR helpful. Rounds were very typical quant interview questions. Gave an office tour and lunch. Overall was a great interview process and everyone was very accomodating.
Hireview, probability questions. "Why IMC?" and "Why the role?", as well as brainteasers about dice. Make sure to brush up on your game theory and read the pdf they send you very carefully.
