I applied online and was contacted the next day to set up an over the phone interview. The interview lasted about 40 min. The conversation wasn't stressed at all. Very laid back and easy going. Talked a lot about the company and what I would be doing and what interests me and why I want to join this industry. Still undergoing the process. Next step is an online assessment.
