The interview process was thorough. The interviewers were friendly and engaging. They were able to articulate the company culture very well which was a huge selling point in my decision making.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IMEC (Illinois) (Peoria, IL) in Jul 2012
Interview
I had 'followed' IMEC on LinkedIn since June-2010. I applied via the IMEC website after discussions with one of their representatives at a trade show.
The Interview sequence consisted of a 1) HR phone screen; (2) Presentation [20-min] and Panel Interview in Chicago area; and Presentation [20-min] and Panel Interview at their HeadQuarters in Peoria, IL.
IMEC's HR stated that they would inform me of their decision "on Tuesday, maybe Wednesday" of the week following my Friday presentation in Peoria; (two-three days after I completed the third interview).
IMEC did NOT contact me to inform me of their decision nor did HR respond to my email asking if they had reached a decision regarding my application; (my email sent one-week later).
