Set up a 30 minute phone interview with their Manager for the following days (really quickly!). The phone interview was actually pretty short. The onsite interview was one of the best I've ever had! Of course they asked questions about my past experiences, processes, and skills, but they also genuinely wanted to get to know me and kept it fun.
