IMI Critical Engineering interview questions

Technical and HR interviews before hiring. Technical round includes the questions on the current job, sizing ,selection of valves, The different critical applications of power plant and oil and gas.

Classical approach on the first interview. The second was strange to me, since it was openly to scare the candidates away. The job was exaggerated to be so stressful and even compared to children illness and coping mechanisms of a doctor in childs hospital. A big thumb down as a candidate, but maybe this process has some benefits that i didnt notice.
