Phone interview followed by personal and then a caliper test. Even if you are realy good and you are the best fit, the caliper test pretty much decides if you fit in or not! General questions like - your familiarity with SQL scripting, installations, IIS troubleshooting and Windows OS knowledge. Do not expect to hear back soon, they take their own sweet time. If they get back to you, respond prompty as they have too many candidates lined up. Overall it was not a bad experience at all.
