IN2 Engineering Design Partnership interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by a member of the HR for an initial discussion. This comprised questions about the company, my employment experience to date and salary expectations. I progressed to interview with additional members of the hiring team for a more in-depth, formal interview.

I applied in February and I got an interview with the HR 3 days later (It was more of an informal chat about my interest), I expressed my interest in building services, and a week later they gave me a face to face interview in the London office and that was more of competency questions with a touch of technical questions. Overall it was a fun and engaging process yet a friendly process.
