Entrevista con RRHH al y fácil. Hablame de ti, trayectoria. Me dio la sensación de captación de cv
Video call witha recruiter, discussion regarding past experience and some of the requirements for the role. We discussed also salary expectations where we had a huge gap especially on b2b contract basis. They are offering the perm salary in the shape of b2b contract (in some countries this might work if the taxes are not very high)
Took too long and was too overcomplicated for such a role and services.
It included too many people and each had a different point of view and look at the role responsibilities. It also looked like there was no trust between decisions of the internal four managers.
