Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing , Scheduling & Coordinating :-
• Handling Full Life Cycle recruitment process.
• Direct interaction with clients .
• Experience in complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing - validating resumes, preliminary interviews, HR interview, salary negotiations, rolling out offers.
• Sourcing most relevant and quality profiles as per the requirement preferences
• Interacting with Technical and HR Panel to check their availability for in- person or Telephonic interview
• Sourcing Best talent using various job portals for active candidates i.e. Naukri.com, Monsterindia.com and other sources for targeting Passive Candidates in the market i.e. Linked In, Job posting, Mass mailing & References& Consultancy.
• Preparation of various reports like Recruitment Master Report, Trackers & Offer Related reports.
• Conducting and managing recruitment drives for lateral levels on weekdays and on weekends.
• Training and mentoring freshers as well as interns.
• Handle recruitment drives for multiple positions in case of large number of demand.
• Coordinating technical interviews with the technical panels, delivery managers followed by clients.
2. Technologies Working On:-
Operating System-Windows98, 2000, 2003 Server, Windows XP & Windows 7.
MS OfficeWord, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
E-Mailing tools-MS Outlook, Windows Outlook, Yahoo and Google.
3. Client Interaction:-
Interacting with Different Clients for gathering new or updated requirements, Feedbacks, Approvals & Follow up for sorting all post offer issues till on boarding.
Responsibilities handling in Generalist Role
1. Offer Manager :-
• Responsible for joining and exit formalities.
• Releasing offers for organization:-
All Lateral and fresher positions.
Contractor candidates (Sub-Contractor )
Contract to on roll candidates
Intern offers
• Maintaining reports for joining and exit candidates
• Sending complete documentation of employee to concerned team.
• Maintaining MIS reports on daily basis.
• Handling Sub-con’s joining, contract extension and exit process.
• Time to time sending necessary requirements to enhance the system and get this successfully done by following up with system team.
• Handling project like Background verification and offer generation process for audit purpose
2. Working on Reports :-
• Past DOJ report : -
To ensure all past DOJ cases are cleared through the system.
Highlighting past DOJ cases with particular recruiter and getting those cases closed by following up with them
• Maintaining reports on daily basis
• Sending monthly offer report to respective leads and recruiter
